If the box or bag that comes with the product is lost, damaged or soiled
When the product is used or washed (including washing with water)
If the product is damaged, dirty, smelly, or otherwise in a different condition than when it was delivered
If you have not applied for a return or exchange
If the return arrival date is more than 30 days after the shipping date

-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*Please note that if the item is returned cash on delivery, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we receive the returned item, we will refund you the amount minus the shipping cost or cancel the charge.
